Halloween is one holiday, other than Christmas, that most people look forward to. It’s the one time of year where they can dress up and let their “wild side” out, whatever that may be. Despite the generous amounts of candy that children and most adults collect, halloween parties and different costumes, some of which are extremely frightening, the one thing most people truly look forward to are the haunted houses attractions. Ghost and mummy’s, witches and bats, and a sheer streak of terror of what’s lurking behind you when you enter into unknown places. It’s a holiday that teaches you to expect the horrifying unexpected.

Haunted houses attractions are terrifyingly fun. Michael Jackson described the feeling best in his hit song “Thriller”.

“And grizzly ghouls from every tomb/ Are closing in to seal your doom/ And though you fight to stay alive/ Your body starts to shiver/ For no mere mortal can resist/ The evil of the thriller”.
