Chelsea Lately comes to an end after a 7 year run.

It’s the moment we’ve all been dreading. After 7 years Chelsea Handler ended her late night stint on E!. For the past few years there has been talk of Handler’s dissatisfaction with the network, but no one wanted the comedian to leave her throne as the late night talk show queen.

Her show, Chelsea Lately, premiered on E! on July 16, 2007 and has had its audience hooked ever since. Chelsea’s 30-minute show featured skits, panel discussions and one on one interviews with celebrity guests.

The comedian’s last show this past Tuesday night was nothing short of hilarious and inappropriate just like we expected it to be.

The first 20 minutes of the show featured skits with Ellen DeGeneres, Mary McCormack, Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock. Her former boyfriend 50 Cent was even there to participate in the festivities. He also performed his new single with G-Unit, “Watch Me”.

50 wasn’t the only performer of the night, Miley Cyrus was also present and sang a cover of the late Roy Orbison’s “It’s Over.”

It was great to see all of the relationships Chelsea formed during her time with E!. All of her celebrity friends joined together at the end of the show to sing a parody of “We Are The World”. The most touching moment of the night however, was Handler’s declaration of admiration and affection for her sidekick Chuy Bravo. Handler also gave thanks to E!.

Chelsea is set to appear on Netflix, more information regarding her new show has not been given yet.
